This charming 2 bedroom house is right on the waters edge, has a permanent dock with breakwall, and a wade in beach for the kids to play in. There are two patios, and AC, so you can enjoy your time, inside or out. There's a large yard for the kids, and plenty of parking. Two futons in the living room expand the sleeping so it'll accommodate up to 8 people. 4 night minimum during peak season, and only minutes from Ventosa Winery, and routes 5 and 20. There's a new 5 person paddleboat there for renter use.
